Stayed 3 nights early October '22. Thang was a great host. Really friendly and welcoming, gave me some useful tips for nearby places to go. Room has a double bed with cupboard and a fridge. Bathroom is next door and is just for your use. Has bath/shower and shampoo, showergel and towels are provided. Great little place and in a really handy location. Area is really quiet and in a nice neighbourhood between a couple of schools. About 10 min walk to 7th Street to catch the metro at Mt. Vernon, 5 mins to Giant, to get supplies and about 10 mins to Dacha, a really cool beer garden that's buzzin'. Highly recommend if you're looking and not sure where to stay.

Friendly host, fridge in the room
When the AC isn't on, the air in the room gets really stuffy and hot. You can't open the window due to mosquitoes.

It was easy to check-in. The host was always very lovely with us. The basement flat was clean and spacious for us. Quiet place.
It could be more equipped with cups, for instance.
