Binara Home Stay

Es handelt sich um ein neues Haus das erst ein paar Jahre alt sein kann dementsprechend sind alle Armaturen neu und funktionieren. Das Bad ist bis in 1,50 m Höhe gefliest inklusive dem Boden auch der Wohnraum ist gefliest und die Wände sind weiß gestrichen. Die Räume sind hoch ich schätze 3,50 m so dass sich die Wärme nicht so staut. Es gibt einen dreiteiliges großes Fenster das vergittert ist so dass man nachts bedenkenlos lüften kann. Auch im Bad ist ein vergittertes Fenster auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite so dass man auf Durchzug lüften kann. Es gibt ein Moskitonetz es ist ein Deckenventilator und ein Standventilator vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und erklärt wo man hinfahren kann. Er vermietet auch Fahrräder. Mir hat er einen Roller Helm geliehen . Das Haus ist nur 2,8 km vom Palace of King und den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt, man erreicht sie gut mit dem Fahrrad. Das Haus steht in einer Sackgasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr auf einem großen Waldgrundstück. der Schatten und eine leichte Brise reduzierten die Wärme etwas. Ich buche meistens günstige Zimmer mit angeschlossenem eigenem Bad. Es ist das beste Zimmer dass ich bisher in Sri Lanka gebucht habe. It is a new house that could only be a few years old, so all the fixtures are new and in working order. The bathroom is tiled up to a height of 1.50 m, including the floor. The living room is also tiled, and the walls are painted white. The rooms are high—I estimate 3.50 m—so that the heat does not build up too much. Es gibt immer ein paar Kleinigkeiten die man noch verbessern könnte wir sind hier schließlich nicht im 5 Sterne Hotel aber diese Kleinigkeiten ändern nichts an meiner Gesamtbewertung. There are always a few little things that could be improved - after all, we are not in a 5-star hotel - but these little things do not change my overall rating.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier war wirklich unschlagbar! Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, mit einer Klimaanlage die gut funktioniert hat und einer wunderschönen großen Terrasse. Der Host war sehr freundlich und ich habe dort auch zu Abend gegessen - das essen war sehr lecker und reichlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt, ganz klare Empfehlung!

Binara è stato incredibilmente accogliente e disponibile e parla perfettamente inglese. Ci ha offerto il noleggio delle sue biciclette e consigliato dei posti in cui mangiare. Ha cucinato la colazione molto presto per noi la mattina. La casa è molto vicina al sito storico di Pollonaruwa. Inoltre il giardino è molto grazioso e curato.

Il bagno ha una presa d’aria costantemente aperta, dalla quale entravano molti insetti, persino una rana. C’erano alcune macchie sulle lenzuola. Da migliorare questi aspetti, ma la gentilezza dei proprietari rende comunque gradevole il soggiorno.

Tutta la famiglia è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile prima e durante il soggiorno. In particolare il proprietario ci ha aiutato a organizzare delle ottime escursioni. Una menzione speciale al safari e al driver Shiran, estremamente competente e accurato nelle sue spiegazioni.

Zeer lieve behulpzame eigenaars. Heel proper! Zeer goed gelegen om een bezoek richting oude stad te maken (aanrader) toch in de rust. Op 5 min met tuktuk ben je in het drukkere centrum.

Everything here is exceptional! I've stayed at many guest houses, but this is by far the calmest and most peaceful place I've ever booked. The owner is very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. The rooms are spotless, and the facilities are excellent for the price. It's also conveniently located close to Parakrama Samudra (just 1.8 km away). I truly enjoyed my freedom here, and this stay has become one of the most unforgettable journeys I've had. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place that is clean, calm, and comfortable, there's simply no better choice than this!

Ci hanno fornito le biciclette (gratuitamente) e le informazioni generali per visitare la città antica. Hanno cucinato per noi un’ottima colazione e cena, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Binara e la sua famiglia sono stati davvero accoglienti! La struttura è in un’ottima posizione, si trova in una tranquilla strada secondaria, vicina sia al parco archeologico che al lago.

Great home stay, very comfortable and clean. Peaceful location. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. Would stay again.
