"Good value for money"

Great value for money for a private room and bathroom with both a ceiling fan and a mobile fan. Kind owners, clean room, only 30mins walk from the main road and close to Potgul temple and other sites although need to visit the museum first to get a ticket. Convenience store within 500m of the property and water refill.

"A boutique hotel home stay"

A homestay with a boutique hotel twist. We've been delighted by the home-made curry at night and delicious breakfasts. The host was kind enough to organise an absolutely amazing safari in Kaudulla national park, and rent us bikes to visit the astonishing ruins of Polonnaruva. Absolutely recommend.

Not a negative but watch out for the neighbours. They don't seem to enjoy foreigners roaming the paved streets around the home stay.

"Prima plek om te overnachten voor een bozek aan Polonnaruwa!"

Eigenlijk alles. Mooie grote kamer, goedwerkende airco, warme douche, goed bed en lekker eten. Als je met eigen vervoer (tuktuk in mijn geval) reist, kan deze op eigen terrein geparkeerd worden.

El dueño de la casa muy atento y simpático. El desayuno muy completo y bueno.

El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y tenía hormigas (imagino que algo común en la zona) y la habitación podía estar un poco más limpia.

Une jolie terrasse La wifi fonctionnelle Une famille adorable et accueillante, prête à nous aider La location de vélo

L’entrée de la maison peu accueillante avec pleins de toiles d’araignées partout, sur les chaises etc. qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.. mais ce n’est que l’entrée ! L’absence de restauration à proximité, mais on connaît la localisation en avance donc on anticipe en ville

"Para una noche está bien si tienes vehículo"

Solo estuvimos una noche, es simple pero está bien y tiene garaje privado si quieres guardar tu vehículo. Si no tienes vehículo propio está bastante apartado del centro, el baño es fuera de la habitación pero como estábamos solos no hubo problema.
