Close to beach, stayed with family in Homestay who arranged everything we needed including meals, transport and snorkeling, very relaxing and family very helpful, exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends and family to visit

Authentic family run guesthouse. The owner took me out fishing! Great location in a quiet village - recommend getting a scooter as you leave the port. It is basic but it’s the price you pay for

Wasn’t a huge issue but they don’t speak English so just be prepared for that.

the best homestay we had in vietnam. lau thu and his family were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. we had breakfast and family dinner by the beach, they took us to a secluded beach to snorkel and also rented mopeds from them to explore the island. couldn’t recommend it more

getting there is a bit tricky as the collected us on mopeds which wasn’t ideal with our big bags but other than that the perfect stay

Cham Island Lau Thu homestay was honestly fantastic. Lau Thu and his family embraced mine wonderfully. Super attentive and patient with our small kids also. They were accomodating with excursions/transport and their breakfast and dinners, all very delicious. We loved our stay and would have stayed longer, if we could have. A superbly located homestay and the peacefulness of that part of the island was very relaxing and a great contrast to the chaos of the bigger cities. If given the opportunity again, we will be back to Lau Thu homestay. Absolutely loved our time there.

Motorcycle and water safety- better fitting helmets and life jackets for children was the only thing I could really fault.
