The location is excellent, next to the pier, from the window you can see the sea and boats

the rooms and the house itself require renovation, everything is very modest

Lovely location right on the harbor front- beautiful view from bedroom. Owners were friendly and recommended good places to see on the island- cheap motor bike and snorkel rental .

On the first night we had a slight issue with multiple cockroaches appearing on the bed and floor which was a little dirty. We did bring it up to the host who cleaned the room and gave us bug spray so the issue was solved. Also when booking the ticket back it seemed reluctant to let us get an early boat however when we asked another homestay they proved to be far more accommodating and sorted it out right away.

Cham Island itself was a great place to experience local village life, not too many developments or hotel options.. I enjoy the short walk to the beach, morning coffee shop and great view from balcony. We appreciate the man who came and greet us and walks us to the hotel.

This has to be the worse homestay experiences for are family., the very dirty and awful smelly room. This is the family run businnes yet lacking of homestay charm. When we order foods from the menu with the male owner, was qoutes one price and charge different at pay time. At check out the lady try to swiddle for extra money for room. I have to show her our orginal booking prices.

The hosts, location, view and value for money cannot be beaten. Our hosts were the kindest, most caring and helpful people you could meet. They helped us to get the boat back to Hoi an and even waited for us to send us off and make sure we got on the right boat. They were so attentive and lovely I can only recommend to stay here. This stay also doubles as a restaurant and we were able to eat almost all our meals here while we were on the island. You can also do many activities organised through this homestay for amazing prices. We extended our stay because we loved it here so much.

The only fault is the bed is a little hard!

Breakfast was not included (which we were aware of) but we ordered breakfast on 2 days and dinner on 1 night. Food was very good at these meals. The location straight on the harbour front was excellent.

we found the bed uncomfortable - i had to use my inflatable thermarest mattress on top! There were cockroaches coming into the bathroom via the shower waste - which i appreciate is not unusual for the tropics but it was the only place we stayed in 3 weeks where we saw them. The political/information broadcast from the loudspeakers on the harbour front at 5.30 each morning was a real pain and was extremely loud. It was impossible to sleep through it

This was an awesome homestay. Located a very short 7 min walk from where the boat arrives and departs . This is family run and you feel it. The father and wife are warm, welcoming and even though there was a language barrier, smiles and laughter was in abundance

Absolutely nothing

The host was awesome,

- the owner is super friendly and arranged the speed boat. He also walked us up to the pier to make sure we’d get in the right boat - good location right by the pier - the ocean view from the room!
