The breakfast by Sue was great. A lovely warm welcome.

We did not even stay with Sue!! Sue was triple booked... And so a neighbour took us in!!! Booking.com......will not be used again. Ridiculous to be in the situation that we were after a four hour drive. Sue honoured our breakfast which we were grateful for. Currently awaiting a response from booking. Com.....STILL!!!

The property was triple booked and the room was not available. I have requested a refund I have a signed document from the owner stating 6hat she was overbooked and we could not stay there. I want someone to ring me on 07866 630177 to get this sorted out.

"Exceptional"

We have booked a B&B room and Susan contacted me saying she was offering us to stay in the cottage (higher value) for the same price :) The cottage was lovely and confortable, very clean, even had wifi, hot water for the shower, all facilities....and a lovely flatmate, Rory :) We wish we could have stayed a second night Thank you so much Susan & Dawn!

"Not quite as advertised."

The property was in a good location. The owner was friendly. The room was comfortable, if a little small and the breakfast was nice.

There was nobody to meet us when we arrived. The communal areas could do with a clean.

Sue is such a welcoming host and the breakfast she puts on it fab. Ideal location for a christening we were attending across the road! Very comfy ginormous bed

"A clean and lovely period home with a friendly owner in the centre of Beaumaris."

The breakfast was excellent. The location was excellent as it is 2 minutes from the beach and castle. I was there for a funeral and the owner was helpful and even did the taxi run for me when I left.
