The room is so nice and comfortable with a sofa and a small table like a lounge. I have access to a lovely terrace with a great view. The bed is huge and comfortable. A nice private toilet. It's peaceful and quiet

Nothing. It was everything perfect

Everything was perfect. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the views from the room and rooftop were spectacular, and the host, Jose, was very friendly and accommodating. I loved my stay, and I'm so grateful I found this place. Can't wait to return.

Despite the language barrier (I don't speak Spanish..), the staff are always friendly and accommodating. I booked a flight arriving Tuxtla Gutierrez late, didn't know that the transportation options to San Cristobal would be limited, I might only be able to arrive San Cristobal at 1 or 2am after midnight. The host allows me to move my booking for a day. I really appreciate that. The bed is big and comfy. It's also very nice to be able to use the shared kitchen facilities. Location is great - close enough to the main street area yet very quiet from the busy area at night. They do not have a front desk but not a problem - they are very responsive when messaging them with questions I had during the stay.

The bathroom is very clean yet sometimes would smell a gentle odour from the drainage in which I found it's pretty common in Mexico. Shower sometimes could be weak.

It was a good location and had everything i needdd to enjoy my stay. I was greeted at check in and felt there was always someone to support me when needed. I felt safe here.

I stayed here for 9 nights, and I absolutely loved it. The room is great, the garden is nice to sit in, and the rooftop is AMAZING; you have a beautiful view, and if you work remotely, you can also sit on the roof to do some work as there is a tent where you can sit under and a place to charge your laptop. I highly recommend staying here!
