Exceptional value for money. Comfortable room. Great cooking and lounge and leisure facilities, garden, rooftop terrace. This establishment is so good I extended my stay three times. Only ten minutes walk to downtown.

Everything was great apart from one night (my last night as it happens) with very noisy and inconsiderate American and French cretins in the next door room, but that's not the fault of the establishment.

Great value for money! The room was nice and clean, parking was very convenient and the host was lovely to speak to. Would definitely stay again. PS: You absolutely need to try having a breakfast at Café Mooa, which is around the corner. Trust me.

Gorgeous property. Very clean ,convenient to centro. Lovely staff very helpful and kind management. Spacious bedrooms lots of shows and hanging areas. Good bathroom, all new , hot water, good lighting .comfy cozy beds, free Wi-Fi, TV and a fully equipped share kitchen and TV Lounge.. near Landmark Church and pedestrian walk Real De Guadalupe. Markets cafes Street Food shopping. Roof top garden with most spectacular Mountain views. Great value for your money.

I liked the location and it was quiet most of the time.

It was not very clean, it wouldn’t take that much effort to make sure it is thoroughly clean. also, they decided to do some repairs on 2 days while I was there and it made it noisy and hard to work.

Bed was super comfy. Shower water was nice and warm. Rooftop terrace had a beautiful view. I would stay there again for sure!

There aren't a lot of places open at 6 around and that's when I wake up. Next time I'll bring coffee 😊
