Great location, very central, just a few minutes walk from downtown main attractions(Parque Seminario, Marcado Central, Bahia, Malecon 2000, Mercado del Rio). Accommodation equipped with kitchen, fridge, large TV with Netflix subscription included, air conditioning, shower with hot water, towels and even saop and shampoo! Staff very friendly and helpful, one gentleman even arranged a cab to pick me up on the day of my departure. Sadly the driver didn't show up, but I can't blame the receptionist for this!!!

Maintenance of the place could have been better, the fridge was not clean and the phone number provided with the booking turned out to be wrong, making impossible to call them when needed. I eventually got their phone number, but only when I had already checked in.

Almost nothing. Location is good, though the streets around the hotel are quite ugly, noisy, and look not very safe. Staff was relatively kind.

I have a long list. For starters, we arrived around 5pm and the room was not ready. The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. The room is quite ugly and crampped, more that it lookmsin the ad photos. I chose this place because it's an entire apartment and the ad says it includes a washing machine, which is a BIG LIE. The owner gave us a silly excuse that it is very difficult to change that information in Booking. Although the apartment has a kitchenette, it is very poorly equipped, so much that we had to borrow two mugs from the apartment next door. We found only two miserable glass cups. No sink towels provided to clean around, not even a butter knife to prepare breakfast next day, etc. The worst thing, the excessive noise around. The streets around the hotel are ugly, look unsafe, with heavy traffic from buses in front. The hotel clerk lives next door and they run like a house-restaurant, people comes in and out at all times making too much noise. We even had to stand the noise from a blender at 11+ at night. Seriously, I would not recommend this place to anyone, there are far better options around and even cheaper. Don't get fool because it is an entire apartment, better get a regular hotel room with professional hotel service.

good value for what you pay. the host is very considerate and polite explains how everything works. overall a good place to stay for 1-2 nights !

a little like hoe I imagine prison with those very heavy doors and the bright light and no Window the kitchen is very very basic but good enough for pasta and breakfast the kitchen utilities were dirty

Good location, close to parque de las Iguanas. Well equipped kitchen. Host(s) lives in the same house, was very friendly and helpful. Very clean :)

Very clean and safe place. location is very convenient - everything is around. The owner speaks English very well.

The location is good which is walking disrance to the historical and beautiful buildings in Guayaquil. The host will help you with everything you need and goes extra miles all the time. It is really spacious & clean, and you have your own kitchen (with all kitchenware and amenities) and private bathroom :)

Perhaps only small problem with the hot shower water pressure. But it’s not a serious big deal, manageable.

The apartment is located very close to the city centre, a few blocks away from the Malecón promenade. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The location is relatively easy to find. It is spacious and has the basic equipment for preparing a meal. The price is very good and the owner was polite and helpful.

More attention should be put to the cleanliness of the apartment
