The wifi was fast enough and reliable. The shower had hot water. The host was responsive. There was A/C and Netflix in the room. The common area had a working fridge and microwave.

The host charged me a 7% fee to pay with my credit card at the property which I was not told about in advance. The room was generally unclean and dusty as an old haunted house. The toilet set had piss all over it when I first entered the room. The shower is quite small. Even with the doors and windows closed, huge mosquitoes would still come into the bedroom. The only view was from the bedroom window and the only thing I could see was the bland concrete walls and windows of other apartment buildings immediately next door. This place was LOUD! I don't know if there was a church on a floor above me or something, but there was loud music and/or chanting every day that I was here. And the cleaning person played terribly loud music as they cleaned the room immediately across the hall from mine.
