The rooms could really use a good refresh. It’s affordable and in a good location, making it okay for a one-night stay. The staff are nice and communicate well. However, it's not quite a traditional homestay—no one is on-site at all times, and you're simply given a code to enter the gate.

"Its ok for one night"

The bed is comfortable

The kichen is not very clean and the bathroom is quite dirty there was hair stuck on the lid of the drain and bits of used soap on the shelf it felts like it hasn’t been cleaned from the day before

"A Solid Choice"

A good choice for motorbike riders. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Phan Rang is a boring town. The temple is worth the visit. The hotel is in a weird neighborhood with nothing of interest nearby besides the beach. It's a little weird not having the guesthouse Manager on-site, but he is very repronsive via text/whatsapp.
