The self-check-in and check-out was easy, as was communication with the owner. A fridge with a few sodas (and an honor system payment) was convenient.

The room and bathroom were rather barebones and a bit rundown. Not a problem if you are not looking for luxury, though.

The owner was unbelievable nice and helpful, helped with transport, ticket booking! The place is clean and cosy.

Most aesthetic accommodation, i‘ve been in South Vietnam so far. Very very beautiful and very comfortable. Only texted with the host, but very friendly and helpful.

It‘s not soundproof. You can hear other guests talking in the common rooms. There were 2 families with children, who were very loud. At some point, they left in the early evening, so I could sleep well. One should be just aware that It can be a bit noisy. But neighborhood is very quiet!

Anna is very helpful and obliging when i was stranded without a motorcycle. She immediately called her contacts and arranged one. She took time to provide me places of interest in Phan Rang.

Kitchen utensils needed a good clean up due to irresponsible travellers.

I like the way the owner operates his business although it’s not anything new. Almost everything is done automatically and via Zalo. The lobby is paved with stones, it’s really cool. Bathroom, location are good, it’s just a bit far from K1 area, where has many restaurants. The only thing you need to notice is there are some red ants, so be careful if you bring some food into your room.

The property was clean and safe.

The location. It felt like it was far from things, not easy to walk around. If staying for more than one night it might be good but we only stayed one night and wasn’t suitable.
