Coffee machine in the room , adequate storage , bed was comfortable, all shops for buying groceries were within walking distance, takeaway food establishments were within walking distance for either collection or delivery, bus routes just outside the door convenient to Arno's grove station or towards Walthamstow central. Staff were totally professional.

Everything was to my liking.

Everything was okay except parking .i parked in tesco car park and i may have been fined .

One of nice guest houses i stayed. Strong WIFI FAST CHECKIN Room and all areas were clean . Easy ro reach London areas Very respectful staff

Room was Warm and clean. and quiet Nice place for relaxing All areas were clean and tidy Feels like granma's home I loved it muxch Owner was so polite and helpfuli. He showed us a persian restaurant in neighbourhood which served us a very delicious persian kebab. i appreciate it
