no breakfast is provided and the kitchen is extremely dirty and you can to find a clean kettle to boil a glass of hot water at all.

the carpet is full of dirt and no hanger in the bedroom and the bathroom tub is broken, only given extremely hot water , no shower gel or shampoo is provided, the toilet is not clean

This is a beautiful property in the heart of North London close to Arnos Grove and Totteridge and Whetstone tube stations for easy transport as well as buses that can take you anywhere. It is a very peaceful neighbourhood with a calm atmosphere. As far as the bedroom is concerned, you can see the Alexandra Palace and the surrounding hills from your bedroom window which was fantastic and the double bed was so comfortable and cosy it is worth 5 stars! I like the shower it was wonderful and the best place to cool down. I will definitely recommend 10/10!

I didn’t like that only some things was just left dirty like only the house was just a bit old!

Rooms weren’t numbered, facilities not clean. Room was a mess. Bed not clean (hair and dust in the sheets!) room very poor condition walls were dirty.

Everything about it is wrong! This place should not have been listed on Booking.com website. The place is completely run down. Filthy and disgusting. It should be illegal to use this type of place as a rental property. The bathroom, kitchen and the entrance hall is the worst I have ever seen. It's hazardous!

I actually didn't like anything about it! The location was not the one advertised as well.
