The owners were nice and I was able to check out later, which was very convenient. The location is good if you don't necessarily want to be right on the beach.

I can't really recommend staying at this accommodation. Even though the owners were nice, the place was unfortunately not clean at all. We booked spontaneously, but even then, it should have been properly cleaned beforehand! The bathroom was disgusting in places. There was hair in the corners and on the toilet. The beds are very hard and not very comfortable, so they're not suitable for older people. The beds were thankfully clean, as far as I could tell. I did sleep well because it was quiet, but the floor was dirty. Your socks would get dirty after just a few seconds of walking on it. The kitchen wasn't very clean either, that's why we did not use it. During our stay, we could only lock the accommodation from the outside, so you have to go through the kitchen door to get in. The lighting could be better. If the accommodation were significantly cleaner and the room more comfortably furnished, it could be really okay. It wasn't good value for money.

A acomodação como a Sônia diz é simples e funcional. Bem pensada para viajantes que vem ao Rio aproveitar a cidade. O quarto é uma casa a parte, tivemos total privacidade e liberdade para chegar a hora que quiséssemos, pedir comida via delivery e contamos com a simpatia da Sônia e da sua irmã Kátia. A Sônia foi muuuuito gentil e extremamente preocupada com como as coisas estavam, muito disponível e muito prestativa. Sem palavras pelo acolhimento. A acomodação é extremamente bem localizada, o lugar é tranquilo mas perto de bons restaurantes, do jardim botânico, uma estadia incrível.

De não ter mais dias para que eu pudesse ficar e aproveitar mais :)

A hospedagem tem uma localização incrível no coração da Gávea, perto de tudo que importa. O quarto era básico, mas funcional e limpo na chegada. O wi-fi funcionou bem durante toda a estadia. Achei seguro andar a pé na rua. O quarto é silencioso, sem barulho de trânsito ou dos restaurantes da região. A dona foi muito receptiva e atenciosa.

Sem pontos negativos. Pelo preço que se paga, a acomodação é coerente com o conforto do quarto.
