Everything was good
CAJuan Carlos is a great host and was very helpful. When I told him I had difficulty finding a Claro or Movistar location to get a sim, he said he could sell me a SIM card himself (and it was a fair price). The house is nice and cozy with good facilities, and in a safe neighbourhood. While it is a private residence it is still very easy to find.
It is a bit noisy, so if you are a light sleeper you may notice it. It is also a little further from the centre of tourist spots if that is what you are looking for, but it is still reasonably close.
USJuan was very responsive to any questions we had about our room/facilities, or about the city. He provided us with anything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Would stay again!
