CLFantástico, todo impecable y cómodo.
MYThe owner, Juan, was friendly, helpful and eager to help and responded to all my questions. He speaks English. The location is outside of the city and away from the main road so it is relatively quiet. There are restaurants and places that sells fruits and household goods about 5min of walking distance from the house. The buses that go into the city are just a 5min walk away. I would return to stay at the place again.

The city centrum is a bit fat away, but with the metro not a big deal. In return the neighbourhood looks quite safe and quiet.
