The room had everything I needed.

There was a horrible smell upstairs and that there was cat hair on the bed. So went bought air freshener and new bedding as there was cigarette hole on the sheet and duvet.

Terrible smell of cat urine throughout the property

Not much.

Pretty grotty place located on a housing estate. Grim smell of cats inside (I have nothing against cats), state of outside with fag butts everywhere. Bathroom was grim and avoided, bed uncomfortable, half empty drink can in cupboard, just not a very nice experience all round. We were in and out as quickly as possible, so if you plan to spend any time in your room, this is not for you. Fine to sleep in after a few beers, but that's about it. Not sure how it got on Booking.com tbh. Should be on Airbnb. Everything about it is misleading.

You pay for what you get, it had everything you needed

It had a strong smell of cats when you entered, but not in the room, we know what it can be like because we have two cats ourselves

House smelled badly of cat pee. Everywhere a bit grubby. No teaspoons No forks Not very welcoming, laundry hanging over doors downstairs. The only plusses were the convenient location and it was quiet. I wouldn't consider staying again

It clean

The tissue finished in the toilet and the toilet shit was left in the chamber I’m so particular about the toilet otherwise the rest was perfectly and also the fridge there was no water

Nice and quiet. Very clean. Location good for what we needed. Excellent value for money.

All good. No complaints. We've stayed in 7 star hotels over the years. You get what you pay for and this was better than you would expect for the cost involved.
