The whole house smelled strongly of cat pee and was not very clean, there was tea and coffee making facility but no milk. Host was absent and the kitchen was marked private.

Useful fridge and microwave and easy access on arrival.

To be fair, it was clear in details but never so keen on shared bathroom facilities.

Good location as we were going to Glastonbury Room was clean and comfortable with the necessities we needed for the 1 night. Good communication from the owner. Although we didn't see him but replied to the answers we needed and let us know how to get in the property The staircase was nicely decorated.

We were aware of it just been the one room with a shared bathroom but the rest of the house was dirty, stunk of cat wee. We weren't aware there were cats living in the house. We do have a slight fur allergy. We were OK but our noses got blocked. The bathroom was smelly and needed some tlc. I didn't feel comfortable to shower or bathe in their as felt it wasn't clean.

Friendly host, good instructions and privacy, some extra touches

Extremely noisy (creaky floor boards and loud cistern in the shared bathroom) and other occupants were moving around early. Every movement seemed amplified so it was intrusive but also made me feel that I was a nuisance to others as well. Also, the heating was on full and couldn’t seem to turn it down (assuming it was a known issue as the windows were wide open on arrival)
