Double room with private bathroom in Basingstoke

Accommodation was as described. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The shared kitchen was also clean, modern and well equipped. We stayed to visit somebody in hospital and for that the location was perfect - a nice walk through a park and we were there.

The only issue we had was the fire alarm that went off when opening the oven. Because we were eating quite late this woke somebody up.

Surprisingly and pleasantly quiet. Residential area, but great little row of local shops and an excellent “World food” restaurant very close by. Full sized well equipped kitchen (though we didn’t use it) Very clean and well maintained Host responded to messages and answered our queries

The check-in “window” is small. Presumably this is because the property is situated in a residential terrace. If we were to stay again in the future this might make this property unsuitable as traffic condition sometimes make our arrival time much later. Note to housekeeping -we would prefer not to have winter sheets on a warm day in May 😘

Clean and well maintained.

No food provided, room only! Well appointed kitchen for making one's own meals. Comfortable bed. Whole property spotlessly clean. Quiet location.

Shower not working correctly, but now repaired. Couldn't get linked to WiFi. Codnt get TV to work.

I stayed in this property for over 5 weeks. It was clean, well-serviced, and conveniently near shops and my place of work. The host was very helpful and responsive, and overall, my stay was pleasant and very comfortable.

The only inconvenience was the shower temperature, but the host did his best to help fix it.
