Double room with private bathroom in Basingstoke

Nice and clean. Great value for money

It was clean and tidy, and I received a detailed instructions as to how to procure the keys and all well arranged, with a contact number in case of difficulty. Well organised.

There were no toiletries, but had my son buy them later.

Like a 5-star hotel, it is very peaceful, very clean all over. It's like a home away from home in a great location with plenty of shops literally seconds away . I like the self check in and private bathroom Kitchen is clean and can cook your own meals If i visit the area again this will be my first choice Clear instructions for check in and owners very responsive if in need of help

The door room 2 has issue with unlocking the key gey stuck and you have to fiddle with it for a while before it unlocks

This property is situated in a residential area. It's definitely not suitable for stag/hen do's, but if you're looking for a chilled place to stay independently where you can do your own catering or pop out for a meal or takeaway nearby it will fit the bill. There is a free public car park in front and on street parking behind. Darren, the host will respond to messages. Very clean and comfy bed. Shower a bit feeble if you like a power shower you"ll be disappointed

We don't like the smell of air freshener but Darren will let you turn it off Shower is a bit feeble if you like a power shower you"ll be disappointed. Fine for us but better to know in case this is a deal-breaker for you

Nice and tidy rooms, great sized bathroom and the kitchen was well equipped. Parking was a breeze with plenty of options all around the property and there is a shop and a couple of places to eat within a minute walk.

The locks on the doors were a bit finicky and sometimes required a lot of adjustment to get to either lock or unlock.
