Superbe séjour. L'accueil a été vraiment super. L'hôtel est très beau et propre. Super logistique et communication !! Les petits déjeuner étaient très bons ! Je recommande ++

Don’t let your holiday be ruined by this hostel! We paid 336€ for 4 nights and spent 3 nights in a room that was clearly unhealthy and not as advertised. The room smelled extremely bad from mold and sewage from the moment we arrived. We even woke up during the night because of the smell. The walls were full of humidity damage and visible mold, there were cockroaches in the room, and the room was directly next to the reception and the street, so sleeping was almost impossible because of constant noise, loud conversations, videos playing, singing from the stuff at the reception and traffic. On top of that, we booked two single beds and arrived to find only one double bed. The hotel staff told us we had no choice but to sleep there for the night. The next day they simply separated the beds in the same disgusting room instead of giving us a proper replacement. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff. We repeatedly asked for another room and were ignored for days. Later they showed us a much better room upstairs clearly closer to what we originally booked but demanded extra money for it instead of correcting their mistake. Only after sending photos of the mold and cockroaches and contacting Booking.com did they finally react. The only “compensation” offered during the entire stay was a free dinner, after our holiday had already been ruined by stress, lack of sleep, disgusting smells, and unhealthy conditions. This place should not be listed at this price point and definitely not advertised the way it currently is. We left extremely disappointed and would never stay here again! So sad :(

Las habitaciones están muy bien decoradas, tienen todo lo necesario, la cama es cómoda. El alojamiento tiene una azotea con vistas al mar muy agradable. Los desayunos son muy muy buenos con comida local hecho por locales.

La comunicación antes y durante la estancia fue bastante mala, tuvimos que repetir nuestra hora de llegada a mucha gente distinta y gestionarlo por diferentes métodos. Nada eficaz. La Wifi no es lo suficientemente buena para trabajar desde ahí (videollamadas, etc.)

We enjoyed Tamraght as a location, it suited us. The accommodation was a 15/30min walk to the town and beach but peaceful during sleeping hours. The accommodation was beautifully presented and staff were very friendly. There’s good communication for the activities and dinner if you’re paying for these as extra however we didn’t. Room cleaned daily. The room was spacious and stayed cool throughout the day/night.

Nearly all of the surf houses are based further from the beach so it’s a short hilly walk but the surf house does provide shuttle if you book surf/yoga with them. The activity prices with the accommodation were overpriced in our opinion and the stay as a whole was on the higher price end compared to other surf houses in the area. Breakfast was lovely but heavily carb overloaded… bread,donuts and pancakes so we ate out most days instead.

The rooms were gorgeously designed - love the blue tiles - comfortable and very clean. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and the location was perfect. Every member of staff we met was absolutely lovely - shoutout to Aicha and Fatima who made us feel so welcome and safe with their sunshine energy. So grateful.

Cura della struttura e personale gentilissimo. Super colazione alla mattina! Gli interni sono molto a tema surf e Marocco, tutto molto bello.

Dalla stanza si sente un po’ troppo il rumore esterno e quello proveniente dall’interno della struttura.
