"Great stay at Baan Sithepaban"

The manager/housekeeper, Khun Dar, was most welcoming, hospitable and helpful, and always cheerful. She recommended several places to have great street food, and also gave us useful information on events happening in town which we would not otherwise have known about. Also, as other guests have mentioned, the breakfasts were great!

Very nice, authentic place in Phitsanulok. The breakfast was outstanding. The host even made us take-away breakfast when we had to leave early for a family visit.

We had a warm welcome from the host. Very authentic, well-preserved house, beautiful decorated with original ornaments. We highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back if we are on the area.

What a gorgeous traditional Thai house! It is over 100 years old decorated lovingly. Warm and helpful manager. Great location near everything.

A very unique place. The room was nice and comfortable. A friendly and helpful staff gave us many recommendations of places to explore. We had a great stay.

"Superb"

It was like staying at someone's home. Room was basic but nice, and no TV in the room! In the 'living room' if someone feels the need... Breakfast great (not a buffet one).
