Perfect location, night markets, coffeeshops, nice sight seeings nearby

Extremely hard bed, not sure about cleanliness of blankets (no covers), furniture was in dust, also our belongings were taken hostage by numerous tiny ants (they were harmless I guess but still where they would come from and why, idk, we didn’t even have any food in the room or backpacks). There was an AC in the room, but somehow room was sold without a remote controller (next guest had it). Was a bit uncomfortable to go to bathrooms outside as well, problem if you don’t bear with extra slippers or any shoes.

More like a guesthouse which gives you a personal look at their lives as family pictures were hung in the walls. Very personal touch

Would have liked a coffee pot in the room.

Everything was fine. It's just too hot with fan only.

Really loved the old school style of this place. The owner and her dog are really sweet. She is very helpful with info on the area and accommodating people that arrive or leave early or late. Ubon was a nice surprise as a town as well. Also had a retro vibe with some great coffee shops and relaxed atmosphere.

Really homely comfortable place. Effective air con. Good location for market and town centre. Not sure why people were moaning about noise in other comments. Yes the market is opposite but that was convenient. I don’t sleep particularly well and I was fine and our room faced the market. If you want a town centre room you will inevitably get a bit of noise. Same goes for cleanliness. It’s an old house. To me it was fine.
