Very homely, comfortable family feel.

The shared bathrooms are absolutely filthy, and the sheets on the beds were badly stained

Washrooms are passably clean. the room has 4 windows, so there is airflow as it is very warm. Quiet, very few guests, most of them just staying overnight then leaving early in the morning.

1. no proper lighting during the night on the walkway and on stairway leading to the "hostel" which is a small wooden structure built over a row of washroms, private kitchen, storeroms, ....at he back of a house. 2. the 7 steps stairway made of wood supported by a iron frame, were very old get loose and creaking when stepping on. At 3of the wooden step-board were at least 40 percent rotten; for a light person it would be OK but for a heavy one they could be collaped at any time. 3. the whole structure of the room and all materials inside it are easily flammable but there is no "NO SMOKING" sign, no smoke detector, no fire extinguisher. Given that there is only one stairway to go up and go down the "hostel", no alternative escape route, in case of emergency, people could be "roasted" inside if there is a fire. 4. The "hostel" is close to the "big market", many years before it was big but not any more, many shops are not open, mostly, from 95 to 98 percent, catering to local people; very far, from 6 to 7 km, from both bus terminal and the airport. 5. The owners who taking care of the business are two old women, over 65,, living "alone" in the house in front of the "hostel". One speaks passably English, the other one none. The one who speak English deals with clients, looks very sick from some kind of disease, having exteme mood swing, betwween nicety and very anger and aggressivity which may due to the disease itself or the drug(s) used to treat it. 6. there no free water, nor coffee served; no beverage nor foods on sale on place. 7. Receipt is not given when payment is made, no tax amount which included in the price paid was known or specified; tourist can not ask for IVA refund at airport when leaving.

Not expensive, Location close to the markets. Local park close by, many restaurants and coffee shops in short distance. Nice owners. Building had character - solid wood. The owners dog was very friendly

Shared Toilet seat was not fixed down securely, shower Water had a chemical smell
