Room was cozy and very clean. Comfortable beds, coffee machine and apples in the room. The bathroom also had everything for a comfortable stay. It was everything we needed and more. Frans is a great host, he was very friendly and hospitable, so we felt safe and welcome in his home. I would definitely stay again next time.

You need to control the time in Amsterdam, because it takes about an hour to get home from the city centre.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property! Frans greeted me warmly and was flexible with my check-in time, which I greatly appreciated. He was always open and willing to help with any information I needed. The facilities were excellent, including a kettle, microwave, fridge, and washing machine, which made my stay very comfortable. The location is fantastic—it's very close to the airport and conveniently situated near the city center, making travel in both directions easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and accommodating stay!

Frans is a lovely man and the room was great, though very hot next time I would ask for a fan! Be aware if like me you are using public transport it takes over an our to get to central, late at night after midnight took me almost 1. 45 mins .

Frans was the most friendly and helpful host, even providing a pick-up service and showing me around the small town centre - above and beyond. A lovely, extremely quiet location, the house and room and its facilities were perfect for my short stop over and I didn’t want for anything. Thank you Frans!
