"Will not stay here again"

Directions were not very good and took you to the wrong house in the street; there was a sign on the door asking people not to ring their bell and pointing you in the right direction. Didn't feel comfortable at all, the lock on one of the communal toilets was broken. The other guests were pretty noisy and inconsiderate.

"After booking experience…. Awful very frustrating"

No breakfast not even tea or coffee…. I got what I paid for clean bed room was not cold . The bathroom was not nice would I stay again BIG NO .. It was cheap was not looking for a lot … To book the room after paying Booking . Com was total nightmare I felt I had been scammed .. I did try contacting Booking.com awful service would never deal with them again .

"Claustrophobic horrible"

I would like to know if I can cancel my reservation at this house, which I can't even call a hotel. I had trouble climbing stairs, and I had problems with knee surgery. I left the place 15 minutes after entering this horrible house. The room was claustrophobic, and the pillow was more like a cushion. I asked to be accommodated downstairs, but the attendant didn't even answer. I want my money back.
