Airport Comfy Stay

Absolutely Nothing!! The booking instructions were terrible and did not give precise directions on how to access the room at all. I was under the impression I would be staying in a hotel/Inn but that was not the case at all. Instead the location looked to appear as an airbnb which is not what I was intending to book at all. When I arrived at the location I was not aware that I had to send in another small deposit in order to be emailed the exact house address that would include instructions on how to enter the premises. Because my uber driver could not wait long for me to figure out where the room was located or how to access it he left me and my son on a dark road with no direction on where to go. We ended up having to walk several blocks to a nearby hotel only to find out they were all booked. We then had to locate another hotel that was 30 mins away from the airport and locate another uber driver to pick us up and take us there, which ended up costing us even more money for other hotel room and transportation fees. There was no number to contact anyone direct to receive instructions on what to do to enter the room. It was only after I sent the small deposit of $2 did I received instructions on how to enter the room, but since I had no wifi or cellular data due to the rural location we were in I was not able to receive the email until I was settled into the next hotel I had booked. And because they feel they did everything right, I am not entitled to a refund for not being able to utilized their facility due to the lack in communication I was given. I do not recommend Comfy Stay to anyone who is traveling out of town or internationally as we were. Actually I would NOT recommend this location to anyone for that matter. Communication is very poor and there is no one there to greet you when you arrive to check in. Comfy Stay SUCKS!!! I would greatly appreciate a refund.

唯一的好处是位置离机场比较近。

第一：即要扣1英镑的什么费，还要扣押金25镑，这是我去过很多国家住过很多好的或不怎么好的旅店都没有过的经历。第二是公共淋浴水龙头的水管漏水，不是渗漏是狂喷。第三是给的是顶层房间，热的要命无法入睡。

It’s not a hotel it’s a house with lots of rooms . Very thing was bad. Smell of the house, o you 2 toilets for everybody . Very noise because of the guests. Not good environment. Definitely don’t stay here !
