Airport Comfy Stay

Péssimo. Uma das experiências mais assustadoras da vida. Local perigoso, sem sinalização, sem orientação, edificação muito má conservada, quarto e banheiro sujos. Não dormi esperando amanhecer por medo. Peço reembolso total, inclusive da taxa extra que cobraram. Ainda gastei valor a mais com taxi as 9 da manhã para ir embora do local.

En las fotos venden algo que no es. El servicio de atención es muy malo. No encontraba el lugar y no me ayudaron para nada. Fue por la noche y mucho frío. El colchón es malo. Algunos lugares estaban un poco sucios. No hay lugar para trabajar. Iría a otro lugar aun pagando más.

Comfortable room not very good communication with the manager and the costumer

They didn’t have a good communication and with the check in instructions also the manager have a lot of delay to respond also hard to find the location

Didn’t receive deposit Comfy saty it’s not easy to find location I have booked already in booking .com and again they r send link to open everything

There’s nothing to like about this misrepresented miserable property in my opinion

It is not safe - windows don’t lock and can be easily opened into the bedroom Blinds don’t close on the window Stanchions missing on the banisters presenting a death trap to anyone Mould spores on shower ceiling Open wall cavities in the bathroom I could go on

It was a quiet location and close to London transport links and the airport. The bed was very comfortable and shower, toilet bath amenities were very good. Great price for the location as well.
