No heating was freezing. Woke up to someone singing at the top of his lungs woildent mind but it was at 6 am. Had 1 portable heater between 2 rooms.

The area was fine

When we first arrived it really smelt of damp, the key to our door was broken so waited 30mins for manager to come, then couldn't go out until he had come back with a new key. No mirror in the room, no bulb in the lamp, the television had to be plugged in by an extension lead that we had to run across the middle of the floor. The handle on the room kept getting stuck so hard to come in and out of our room. It's a shared bathroom so expected a proper lock on the door, bed was so uncomfortable so I didn't really get much sleep. 3 adults staying, 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels The whole place needs a make over

it was very cold and we requested the heating on, but the owner refused to turn on the heating. The room was covered in thick dust so it clearly hadn’t been cleaned effectively. Booked the deluxe room that stated places to cook and store food. However we didn’t have this (which we paid extra for) so it was either false advertising or we were given the wrong room. So loads of food we had taken was unable to be stored or cooked! Wouldn’t stay again!
