Check in is until 21:00, but we offer a late check in service with the following fees payable on arrival. From 21:00 to 23:00: 10 EUR From 23:00 to 01:00: 20 EUR After 01:00 40 EUR In case you are using the late check in service it must be notified to the property before 20:00 on the day of arrival. Please note that a fine will be applied to guests not respecting the nonsmoking rule. You will need a phone with internet. We will send you an electronic key (link) to open the building door and then a code for the apartment door to open upon arrival. The keys are inside the apartment. If you will not have internet, please let us know in advance.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise. This property is located in a pedestrian-only zone. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
