Master Bedroom-Private Bath, Washington DC

Sky was super nice and I really enjoyed staying at his House. The House is super clean and the room where you are staying has a good size and its got everything you need (microwave etc). The bed was super comfy and the Check-in was super easy. I also enjoyed sitting on the porch. Neighborhood is very safe as well.

Nice room. Comfortable bed (and I have back issues!). Very good location only about 12 mins away on foot from local metro station and shops. Also very close to downtown Washington (40 minutes door to door from host's house to Smithsonian metro station!). Very quiet residential area. Lots of friendly squirrels! Hosts friendly, interested and very helpful. Perfect booking if you are independent and self-sufficient (fridge, electric kettle, microwave, some plates and cuttlery provided so you can easily sort yourself out). Access to washing machine/dryer for an extra fee (didn't need it).

Although there is an impressively large chest of drawers, the room needs somewhere to hang clothes, especially if staying a few days.

It was quiet, roomy and in an excellent location. I was also able to park in the driveway, off of the street.

Exceptionally quiet area and we appreciated the off street parking.

Had to ask for coffee making facilities which did arrive pretty quickly.
