the location of the property was awesome, very nice neighbourhood. the house was everything we hoped for, the bed was very comfortable and we loved the bathroom as well.

one night our host had a guest and they were loud, we could barely fall asleep.

"Great location. The rest - could be better."

Location/proximity to my place of interest, free parking, hot shower. We don't drink but there's wine bottles and glasses in the room.

Doors doesn't lock. Bathroom smells strongly of urine (could use some deep cleaning). I have to double check my booking if I have a private bathroom as the washer dryer located in the bathroom is filled up. The bathroom opened up while I was taking a shower. The bathroom is connected from the room and the hallway. I didn't hear any footsteps so it must have been a loose lock or wind pressure. Over all, communication could be better. For example, on the second the floor where our room is is another room. For peace of mind, it would good to know if there's any other guests (or owner?) staying in the house. I never get to meet the host in person. Spoke briefly during check in. I strongly agree with another reviewer about locks in the room. Whether its a budget or luxury accommodation, room key/lock is a standard.

Very clean, and the man who lives there is very nice.

I filtered my search for a jacuzzi. There is a very nice, deep bathtub. There was no tub stopper, and I was not allowed to have a bath because a previous visitor overflowed the tub and caused damage. Also, although the owner was very nice, my sister and I did NOT expect anyone to be there. It was a little unsettling to have a strange grown man in the next bedroom.
