Location and cleanliness.

Spotlessly clean and tidy, great size tv, fridge was useful

Could of done with black out curtains, as the light comes straight in 1st thing in morning, however this didn't affect me as I was up and out at 0630 each morning

Great value at under £45 for an overnight stay. Peaceful and quiet setting in an edge-of-village cul-de-sac. Comfy room, excellent ensuite bathroom, lovely setting with large garden to the rear, and good parking to the front. The owner, Julian, was friendly and really helpful. The single bedroom is compact, but it had everything I need, and was well stocked with freebies (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, bottled water, even chocolates).

There's a sauna that looked lovely, but it wasn't available when I was there. For my cheap overnight stay, that'd have been a truly wonderful bonus!

Small converted garage attached to a large bungalow in a nice area. It was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities that you’d want with little nice extras like biscuits, chocs, tea/coffee making and a fridge. A large TV which incorporated Sky, I made good use of. The only slight downside for me was that the single bed could probably do with an upgrade as I found it uncomfortable. Other than that it was perfect, was close by the area I was visiting and was excellent value for money.

The bed

A great location for central Wirral, especially Landican or Arrowe Park. Very good host, responsive and easy arrangements to enter the property. Liked the tea/coffee and TV facilities too.

A VERY minor suggestion would be more opaque curtains as was quite light from the streetlight outside.

Really private which I appreciated, quiet neighbourhood. Cute set-up. Excellent WiFi, good television, refrigerator, dishes, good quality amenities. Off street-parking access easy.

Shower pretty compact, key is a little sticky, mattress may be ready for replacement. But I'd still stay again, on balance excellent accommodation.

Nice contained room with own bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Julian was on hand should I need him.

The TV dominated the room and got in the way a bit of kettle etc. The door was a little sticky
