Lovely, clean, cozy single room with shower room and large TV.

All very compact and clean and comfortable. Very helpful host - nothing is too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone travelling alone as a safe and comfortable option. I was visiting for a family reunion and it suited perfectly. There was a TV with Sky - even better - a kettle with a fully stocked and generous tray, a small fridge. A lovely clean bathroom with an excellent shower. I often rate places I stay by their showers and the pressure obtained from them. No breakfast (as specified), but I didn't need or want it as I had my own anyway and you can have cereal if you wish or even porridge, just take your own as there is crockery, kettle and fridge. Felt very safe. Parking right outside the property in the driveway. I have tried to add a video I did of the room but it is too big to upload.

Easy self check-in which was good as I arrived quite late after a long drive. Lock on side gate and my car on the drive right in front of the property so I felt safe and secure on my own.

Only downside was the bathroom....less than half a toilet roll in there, no bathmat so I was afraid of slipping when getting out of the shower and the floor tiles were very cold my feet and I could only get the shower lukewarm.
