I feel as an adult I should be able to use the hot tub with out asking to unlock it, I feel I should be able to use the stove without asking for a know

Room A, ground floor, easy access. Andrea couldn't help me enough. Kindly collected me from coach 🚌 stop 🛑 @ Augusta. Ensured i had shower wash, reminded me of Alexa and door 🚪 numbers, provided a bike, locks & helmet. When my Uber failed to arrive, called Kennebec taxi 🚖 for me! Hallowell Historical Rooming House 🏠 was a joy to stay in.

Room was super cozy and in a central location with easy access to downtown. Nice space for 1 person. Room was very clean. Nice "extras" (sound machine, Alexa, tote/lunch bags and containers if needed, plenty of outlets/plug-ins for technology, bidet-which was a first for me) as well as usual helpful items (hair dryer, iron, fridge, coffee maker, towels, etc).

Toilet was a bit close to the wall and the sink understanding the space is small. May be a tight squeeze if you are a tall/larger person. Wish there was a larger mirror over the bathroom outlet with a shelf making it easier for doing hair, shaving, etc and having a place to put brush, curling iron, things like that. Shower took a minute to figure out.

The location was good. The owner was very responsive and her communication was great.

She said that you have to stay at least two nights to borrow the bicycle. She had little instruction signs and caution signs on EVERYTHING in the room, so you don’t feel trusted, like you’re a little kid or something. The room was tiny, but cluttered with too much stuff.

Excellent location - short walking distance to the main drag in Hallowell. Comfortable room - we lived in a studio apartment for years so didn't mind the size but your mileage may vary. Access to the kitchen was great. Very clean! We appreciated the request to not wear shoes inside (we live the same at home) and to conserve energy when able. Appreciated the desk in the room since I had to work a bit while traveling. Very comfy bed. Appreciated the window fan to bring in cool air without running the AC. The mini fridge was great and helped us save a little money!
