The views from the apartment are amazing - nice balcony and the location is great, close to the parks, safe and quiet

The stay was very disappointing since the apartment was in a very poor state (though a beautiful apartment that's why it is an even biger shame). It had a very bad smell when we entered, it took very very long time for water to heat, bed was old and making noises, dirty fridge, smelly old garlic in the drawer, dirty pans&dishes and no supplies to clean the dishes (sponge...). Over all the place is badly maintained. Big problem was because they don't except foreigners cards (only local argentinians) which was not mentioned before the arrival. We were forced to pay in cash. Check in and check out process was confusing, we had to coordinate it with 3 different people (all of them very nice) but still confusing and not straight forward. **The biggest turn down for us was the owners attitude (and apartment's bad shape is just a reflaction of this). He was rude and was not communicating politely. He was putting the fault on us, for not knowing that we have to pay in cash with zero willingness to try to find solution. He was sending messages late at night, without any manners. Overall a very disappointing stay**

La zona es muy linda, tranquila y hay todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso, paseo o trámites

La calefacción era poca para los días fríos que nos tocaron, tenía un aire acondicionado frio/calor y muchos vidrios.
