The location is great and the views are amazing.

Our stay was disappointing overall. There were no linens for the couch initially, they were brought the next day but they were super unpleasant to the skin and had holes in them. The unit didn't accept credit/debit cards, which was inconvenient. The comforters smelled musty, and there was noticeable dust on the walls. The laundry situation was frustrating — one shared washer and dryer in the basement that was constantly busy. Construction work started at 8 a.m. right above the unit, making it hard to relax. There was no microwave, and worst of all, a water leak left us without water in the afternoon. The owner never checked in on us, which felt neglectful and all communication was done through a maintenance man, who also checked us in.

The location for the property was excellent and check-in and check-out was extremely easy. We enjoyed city and park views from our terrace. The apartment was appointed to meet all our basic needs, the area felt safe and the apartment was secure.

The key was difficult to use at times and the bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall the apartment had what we needed for a comfortable stay.

super communication and very nice host! apartment is high up so fantastic view and right next to a park so rather quiet. centrally located in Palermo, really safe area (I was staying at other areas in Buenos Aires and this one was the most quiet)
