Evas Lendflat - zentral und ruhig

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment and easy instructions. We had great stay and are very satisfied with accomodation 🙂

Communication was great, the host was quick to answer all of my questions, self check-in and check-out went very smooth and easy, the location couldn't be better. It is literally 2 minutes away from Murinsel and 2 minutes away from Kunsthaus. It was very peaceful and I managed to sleep very well, even though I was in the centre of Graz, which is very alive during the night, especially on weekends. There is coffee, coffee machine & the kitchen is well equipped overall, if you want to cook.

The bathroom needs some deep cleaning, especially the shower, shower doors and the sink drains. There were cobwebs and spiders, fortunatelly I am not afraid of them so I killed them and removed some of the webs from che ceiling. I was freezing the first night because the heating was off and the window was opened when I came. Later it was warm and nice. There should be curtains on the main door and the bathroom (wc) window.

The location was perfect, it is right in the center, in the very live area, but definitely cannot hear the noise from the outside. The facilities are great, you have everything that you would need for cooking and even more.

Everything was perfect!😃 Maybe for kids it would be nice to have a TV with local channels, but all in all, really very good!

The central location of the apartment, easy and quick communication with the host, flexible and easy checking-in/ checking-out. Comfortable, quiet, well equipped apartment. We would like to come back another time.

The apartment is centrally located, but since its windows open to a backyard, it's really quiet - I didn't hear any noise coming from the street. Even thought it looked old, it was very clean.

I wish it had microwave, and the WiFi connection could be better - in some spots of the apartment it had low signal reception.

The apartment is located in a nice and quiet area, with an additional gate separating it from the street, making the apartment very quiet. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the city center, so everything is close by. Communication with the owners is easy, quick, and friendly. The apartment is well-equipped. The bed was super comfy!

The apartment was quite humid, making it difficult to dry the towels.

The location next to the Mur river, just at Murinsel, in front of the Schlossberg could not be better. At the end of Mariahilferstrasse is the popular market, where you can buy whatever you need, with a few cheap and excellent restaurants. Although Mariahilferstrasse is a party region, the flats open to the couryard and are calm and quiet. Access to the keys and checkout are well organised. It is important that there is a locker, where one can leave one's luggage after checkout. We stayed for a short while and so did not need all this equipment, but the flat is perfectly apt for longer stays as it has a well equipped kitchen with fireplace, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The landlady, who lives in the same house is very kind and ready to help.

We would have liked to stay a little longer the last morning. I wonder whether to set the checkout time to 11 a.m. instead of 10 would do any harm to the property. It would definitely help the travelers.

The location of the property was strategically chosen, as it is in close proximity to various bars and pubs. Despite its central location, the property's soundproofing is exceptional, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment inside. The host, Eva, demonstrated remarkable professionalism and efficiency in communication, providing clear and concise instructions for accessing the property. The property itself is meticulously maintained, offering a comfortable and well-equipped living space that caters to all the essential needs of guests during their stay in Graz.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Only thing we did not like was having to leave.
