This is a very nice apartment in the historical centre of Graz close to the Minorites monastery (with the church bells tolling at 7 am). The street outside is very busy and rather noisy in the evening due to restaurants and street music, the flat itself is in the quiet courtyard. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine with coffee capsules and a tea kettle, as well as a microwave available on the 1st floor, and even a dishwasher) and separate toilet and bathroom. We have not met Frau Kronawetter in person, but communicating with her was really very pleasant.

The internet was rather slow at times and the bed was a bit too soft. Otherwise, really nothing to complain about.

It is pretty much the best location in town. The apartment is beautiful and modern. Those who like to cook will find a fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a heated floor.

We stayed for two months there and we felt like home: nice location just in the city center, the apartment is well equiped and warm, and the owner is very helpful and nice. It's been a pleasure Ewa, thanks for everything. Highly recommended!

"Don't let the outside fool you it's an excellent stay."

The location is in the heart of Graz and an easy walk to the sights and main shopping area. We felt safe in the area and the host is excellent. We had issues upon our departure due to a train strike and the host was fantastic in helping us out of the situation.

The room is cramped if more than 2 staying and the second bed was a bit uncomfortable however passable. Could use an upgrade of a hairdryer.

Host Eva was very kind and promptly responded to my messages. Apartment is lovely, perfectly positioned and well equipped for a longer stay. Key retrieval was also very easy and Eva provided all necessary information.
