Appartements Pöllhof

Good location between Kirchberg in Tirol and Kitzbuhel, with lake Schwatzee in walking distance, good starting point to explorer mountains around. Apartment is big with wooden floors wooden beams, nicely equipped and there balcony with huge round table and breath taking view on Alps peaks. I believe it used to be old wooden barns, where they build 2nd floor to create this apartment . Owner is very friendly and always ready to help.

We have not considered that frequent road is quite close and is disturbing during night if you sleep with opened window. Beds are soft, someone may like it, but in my case I prefer medium/hard.

Fairly quiet location in nice old building. Very friendly owner. Easy to drive to Kitzbühel.

Extremely dirty on arrival. Could be really nice with good management. Really needed the basics for foreigners arrival.

Excellent location a short drive from two main gondolas. Very friendly host who gave us a good explaination of the appartment and the local area. Decent facilities including a drying room. Self contained flat which prevented any noise from us out, or from others in. Free parking.

Really nice owner, he was there on arrival. Cleaners were almost finished, but we had arrived exactly at the time of check-in. No problem, just unloaded the car and we could enter the apartment. The outside of the farm is less well maintained and therefore you wouldn't expect it to be so beautiful inside, luckily it was!

ski room, where your skis and shoes can dry and/or warm up was a bit less. Usually you have a heating rack on the wall where you can dry and heat your ski boots. That was not present here, but there was a shed that was heated.
