Nicely kept apartment

The apartment was very cold during the first night. Asked for the temperature to be increased during the second. No washing soap in bathroom, had to go out and buy.

Big Appartment, nice view, close to one of the gondola which makes it perfect for skiers.

The place was very dirty, even though I specifically asked for a good cleaning before arriving (after reading the comments). Spider nets and dust everywhere, ash tray full on the balcony. Too bad because otherwise it is nice.

Comfortable beds Spacious apartment

In 2/2 toilets we were missing toilet paper and soap Tried to contact host via messages, sms, telephone but no answer Rooms and balcony are very dirty they only clean it superficially Found rust on some knifes they forgot in the washing machine All the tools in the kitchen were dirty, even if they have a dish washer they do not have caps
