Kaiser Apartments - Wohnpark Graz-Gösting

Spacious, clean and quiet appartment on second floor equipped with everything necessary for short or long stay and with nice terrace. Easy and professional communication with the host. Underground easy parking is available. Nice cafe and supermarket in the neighborhood. Bus stop in 100 m and 15 min bus ride to the center.

The apartment was very good, quiet, large and comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace, jacuzzi, there is a nice view of the mountain. The beds are comfortable.

Only small things, a microwave would be useful and more glasses of water.

Very clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a large fan as was very hot. Also was lovely that there was a bottle of wine left for us!

Pleasant cozy small apartment on the ground floor in a new apartment building. Parking in the underground garage with a card. Comfortable bed, large shower and bathroom. The apartment includes a small terrace on the ground floor with an exit to the space between the houses. There is a grocery store and a good breakfast cafe right next to the accommodation.

There were no photos of the apartment when I checked in, I was surprised how small it was. There are four chairs in the accommodation, two inside and two on the terrace, all four were damaged and so it was only possible to comfortably sit on the bed. You could only sit on the chairs carefully. The terrace is right on the sidewalk further to the apartment buildings, despite the quiet location it was sometimes strange when people walked around the terrace. Otherwise a nice apartment.

The room is clean. And we love the view from the room. There are two supermarkets nearby and a cafe just next to the apartment. Even though the location is a bit far from city centre, bus station is nearby. It takes about 20-25 minutes to city centre. Owner is very attentive! We enjoyed our stay so much with Kaiser apartment!🥰

The pillows are a bit too soft to my own liking. It would be nice if there’s a stove hood.🤣

How clean and calm it was. The shower was awesome- the bathroom entirely, was great! The washing machine was clean and actually usable. Loved that getting to the centre wasn't a chore, the bus station was off to the side. Aldi ( or is it Lidl) a few bus rides away.

Not much. One (massive) thing: there should be a note on how to bring the window shutters down. Didn't realize how to do that until the day before I left. Was moving the darker curtains around. Also, there's a key for the trash place, but no direction to where the trash room is.
