Kaiser Apartments - Wohnpark Graz-Gösting

Only 1 toilet for 2 bedroom..

Everything was great.

This apartment was in a quiet location and an easy distance from a large shopping center. The room was complete with everything we needed for our stay. The washer was a great bonus as we had been traveling for several weeks. The information provided to enter and park our car was easy to follow and convenient.

The temperature was very warm while we were in Graz and a fan of some kind, or air conditioner would have been great. Also, we could have used a microwave oven.

Fantastic gigantic apartment which had everything we could have asked for plus a rather nice bottle of wine waiting in the fridge. Entrance & underground parking with lift up to fifth floor where this apartment was situated easy. Air conditioned & views in all directions & nice outside balcony with hottub & great views. Taxi ride into Graz old town cost c 16 euros which was not an unexpected price.

Corridor leading to the apartment extremely hot and we couldn’t get down to the garage in the lift but neither was a problem for us.

The room is spacious for family and it is very clean. There is small super market Billa downstairs and a bakery/coffee next building, a Chinese restaurant at 2-min walking and asmall big super makbi about same position, direct bus to Jakominiplaz city center bus inter-change, I would say it is very good for longer stay with local day-pass.

I would suggest that management can prepare some suggestions for food/communte in advance with a map, though we figure out all these after 2day, it would be great that we can have that info in advance. And I see swimming pool in booking, there is no swimming poor in my room, I don't know where is it

Perfect accommodation, highly recommend it. Apartment equipment, peace and quiet, view, friendly and available staff, close to store, bakery, restaurant, bus connection to the city, really fantastic

The parking garage

The apartment appears to be a holiday apartment on the website, with a pool and playground and gorgeous surroundings. In reality, these apartments are rental flats for long term use. We came as a family and I specifically asked to put us in rooms next to each other. We were put in separate buildings and couldn't even sit together due to the rain. I kept receiving blank responses from the property and said that there was no message attached but didn't get an answer. There is no communal pool or playground. The bed in my son's room was terrible, with a mattress that they couldn't sleep on and a patio with a gate that opened all the time, so their toddler wasn't safe. When I tried to get help upon arrival, the person was very short with me and wouldn't listen. In our room there were bedside lamps but one didn't have any electricity to plug it into, no electricity in the bathroom or for the towel rack warmer. It completely ruined our trip.

Great location, comfortable and spacious, was perfect for a family of 4. There is a Billa near the flat and a very good coffee shop (also for breakfast). Underground parking was very spacious with a lot of free parking spaces.
