great location, just a few mins walk from the hallstatt salt mine (which is a fantastic attraction), and not too far from hallstatt town centre. more or less everything available in the apartment. big space for a family of 3. overall very affordable for such a central location.

a washing machine was advertised, but the washing machine is in fact not plugged into any power socket nor water supply. so it is essentially unusable. some furniture, such as beds, are quite old. the kitchen/living area is quite dimly lit. as other commenters have said, there is no shower product available in the washroom.

Needed More detailed directions. House number not easily evident. Would have liked a welcome note telling us there was a 24 hour store nearby, as we arrived late, had to drive to another town to get dinner. First restaurant kitchen closed and luckily the 2nd place was open and still serving. Shower head needs repair and no cover on toilet flush. Kitchen could use more items, nothing to put in oven to reheat some food we had. A few more roles of TP would have been nice also. Had to buy a 12 pack , as that is all they sell at the local store.
