Alpen Apartement

Was in a great location, walking distance to the main town. Owners were Very helpful in responding to any questions or concerns we had.

Would have been nice to have a toaster included in the facilities.

The location is fantastic. There is parking which is a real bonus in Halstatt. The beds are very comfortable. It was very clean and well appointed. Was a wonderful stop for our group of 4.

the host didn't send us the self-check in instructions ahead and didn't answer our calls after arrival. We had to wait at the door almost half an hour. In the end, we ventured to go into the courtyard and found ourselves the key in the box near the front door and settled down afterwards. This may not be easy and comfortable at first even though we have made the reservation for the stay in the apartment. Another, we spent quite some time locating the apartment due to the randomly sequenced street numbering and the large hedgerow at the corner blocking the eyesight.

Alpine apartment was very nice and roomy yet had the small town cozy feeling. We were a family of 4 travelling with two teenagers. There are two bedrooms with nice size beds so everyone had their own space to relax. The host was very friendly, met us at the door ( the family lives updstairs) he showed us around the unit and handed over the keys.Told us we could knock at their door if we need anything. From the house to town is a short beautiful walk. It is super close to the Saltmine if you’re planning a visit to that. We got there in like 3 minutes!!!! Host was very flexible with check in time and allowed us to leave our car at his property after we checked out and still wanted to explore the town until later in the afternoon. Thank you Alpine apartment we look forward to coming back again :)
