Great host! Had a lovely time.

Area of apartment is part of local people. It is very good location. You can enjoy more view in Hallstat. Room is very comfortable. It has kitchen that you can prepare your own meal.

No, only that the road is quite small just careful if you drive.

We liked how secluded and homely the location was of the property. The hosts were nice and polite. It was 20 mins walking from the main centre of the town but given the beautiful surroundings it was a delightful walk. The property is very near to the main bus stop of Hallstatt so that was convenient. Property was clean and maintained.

Could have been better with the beds and toiletteries. The bed in one of the bedrooms seemed fragile and we were a bit worried it will fall while we sleep. There was just a handwash in the bathroom and no other toiletteries for shower. Would be great if there is at least a shampoo and a shower gel for people who travel light.

rooms where big enough, I even didnt know that there are two bedrooms :) kitchen was well equipped

bathroom was missing at least a basic soap in shower :) but we buy it in the city so its not a big problem

The housing is perfect. The location is good, and the facilities and the comfort is top notch.

Unfortunately, we reached on Saturday evening around 7 and did not realize that on Sunday all the supermarkets are closed and the restaurants open quite late. I traveled with my family, and we all were absolutely starved. Restaurants are quite expensive around this area, so it's better to buy from supermarket and cook yourself; but it was unfortunate for us that everything was closed. Almost always in such helpless and unforeseen situations the owner helps with some groceries, so I hoped the owner will give us some basics like eggs and bread, but there was absolutely no response from his side. I was hoping that he could drive to the nearby store and get something, since it the small town like hallstat everything is way too far by foot or public transport, and I had no other real option. He said his phone was not working but his wife informed him about my message but they only have one egg and so on much later around 7pm. It just felt like he avoided the whole situation and wasnt willing to help us and the reasoning sounded sort of made up and we were quite put off. Moreover we were told the supermarkets open by 7am on Monday and we set off again to get some groceries but they don't open until 10-11 am. So.. But yes, he did help with the conversation with a local taxi driver and clear up some transport doubts, but I have always had very helpful and welcoming hosts, so this time it was a little disappointing.

Only one out of 7 apartments of our trip that we can't find what we like of this apartment.

We asked exactly for the parking if we arrive earlier at 1000 hrs. The host replied that there was a parking in front of the house. We arrives at 10 and no parking available since the previous guest left the car there. The host told us to comeback around 1300 and we had a right to park the car until 1300 of the next day. ????so we paid 9.5 to park at P2 parking. There was no benefit to stay in this apartment. It is not closed to the lake nor view to see. It took 15 min walk to the square. It was the first floor that we stayed and the host lived in the second floor that we can hear every movement from the second floor.
