I hadn't received details about the key pick up but the host picked up his phone as soon as I called him. Excellent service!

The second bedroom had 2 small beds- more suited for children that 2 adults but manageable.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Zell am See! The location couldn’t be better. Just a short distance from the ski lifts, making it incredibly easy to get on the slopes every morning. The area is quiet, yet close enough to shops, restaurants, and everything you need for an enjoyable ski holiday. The apartment itself was cozy, and well-equipped. The living area was warm and welcoming, and the kitchen had everything necessary for cooking after a long day of skiing. Communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly from start to finish. Check‑in was easy, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone planning a ski trip to Zell am See. We definitely hope to return next season!

The only thing that could be improved is the mattresses. They weren’t as comfortable as we hoped. Updating them would make the stay absolutely perfect.

A fine, comfortable place for 2 adults, or 2 adults with 2 small children It could use a few more utensils, but it works.

This place supposedly offers 2 bedrooms, thats what I needed b/c we were 3 adults. But the 2nd 'bedroom" is a closet-sized room (smaller than the bathroom) with skinny home-made platforms for beds. This may be okay for snall kids, but it should not be represented as an adult bedroom or additional adult beds.

Det trænger til vedligeholdelse . Der manglede gardiner i det (meget) lille soveværelse/ “børneværelset” (godt vi havde en tæppe med i bilen.) Det var ikke lys i køleskabet. Bordplade i køkkenet var mærket af vandskade. Vandhanen sad ikke fast i køkkenbordet. Ingen udsugning i køkkenet/køkkenalrum så hele lejligheden lugtede af madlavning. Der lå undertøj fra tidligere gæster i en skuffe. Det kunne godt trænge til en gulvvask og støvsugning i hjernerne.

Location was great. Only a 10 minute walk to gondola. 20 minute walk from train station. Apartment was spacious, warm and comfortable. Big bathroom with a good shower. Everything there one could need. Quiet area with no road noise. Basement Access to a ski/ boot room for storage and with a boot drying cupboard.

The only real niggles were the size of the twin beds. I appreciate the room was too small to accommodate full size single beds but they were very narrow and not suitable for a larger adult. It would be useful if this was clear when booking. Also in that room the blind was missing. We managed to make a makeshift fix but it wasn’t ideal. Other than that the apartment more than suited our needs.

Algunas cosas no estaban en buen estado: una estantería tenía una tabla suelta por falta de un tornillo, la parte superior del frigorífico no funcionaba, lo cual sí afectó nuestra logística, y la puerta del mueble de la basura estaba rota.

* Spacious for a family of four, with an open plan cooking/dining/living area. * Good location, away from the main road but still having good access to shops and the lake. * Children’s TV in English. * Simple checkin and checkout. * Bedrooms faced into the hillside so were dark day and night- this was good for us although could be a problem for other people wanting to use those rooms during the day.

The decor was a bit shabby and chipped, but the main problem was that the flat was only superficially clean. Visible parts of tables and floors were clean, as were towels and sheets (although mattresses and pillows were very worn), however other areas of the flat were not. Examples include: * Plates, glasses, knives, forks and pans had been put back dirty into cupboards. * Sweet papers under the sofa. * Under the bed- an old tennis ball, a travel adapter and a lot of dust. * Sticky kitchen work surfaces between appliances and the wall. * Crumbs in kitchen cupboards. * Odds and ends of food left in cupboards by previous guests (checkout instructions included a request to remove any food). * Toilet room smelled of urine. * Stains inside fridge. As we were already in situ, we decided it would be less disruptive to our holiday to simple wash everything in the kitchen we intended to use. On checkout, we reported some minor repairs that needed doing (noticed on our first day) and the presence of food from previous guests in the cupboards, but did not receive a reply. I note previous reviewers made similar comments, and the property managers said they would take feedback on board. Unfortunately it is not enough to simply pass on complaints to the cleaning company and ask them to do better- someone needs to actually check the flat has been cleaned properly in the six hours between checkout and checkin. One drawer in the living room contained leaflets from the 2021-22 ski season- is it possible that no-one who really cares about the flat has opened the drawer since then? We offer this feedback constructively in the hope that problems will be resolved, as it could be a lovely flat.
