Deluxe Apartment Graz

True deluxe apartment, very spatious rooms and bathroom, equipped with everything you might need, sparkly clean, with a parking spot in front of the door, nice terrace and yard. Also free coffee and tea from the hosts. The location is close to shopping malls but it's a bit far from city center so if you come by car it should be okay, and if not the bus station is very close from what the host said!

Everything was absolutely superb and of the highest standard. The lawn area was a delightful addition, allowing us to enjoy meals outdoors. Thank you for ensuring the place was clean; it was cozy, quiet, and peaceful.

Wifi was not stable

Location is good. 2-3 mins walk to the bus stop and then 10-15 mins to city center. Super market is not far and by the walking distance ( or can use bus for 1 bus stop). The host was great. Clear instructions and easy check-in and out. Always give the advise and suggestion when asked for. There are 2 TV in the living room and bedroom with both access to internet. Internet is also great and stable. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Towels are provided more than enough for all of us. Everything is great. Overall experience is great.

When we stayed, the sink was clogged, so water was drained very slowly. The host couldn’t get the plumber to work before we arrived. So this was only the major setback thing during our stay. Another thing there were flies in the room, so we had to get rid of them. Spent sometime as it was not easy to chase 4-5 flies away. Anyway, it became normal after we went into the city and commonly find them in many places even in the restaurants. So, I think it is common there.

Very quiet and spacious. Bright and open. Large private yard. Modern and up to date in every way. Easy access to bus routes.

No shops or restaurants in easy walking distance, but the bus was nearby, and only a short ride to city center.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Close to the city center. The check-in was person less and well-organized. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. Very practical for families or small group of friends. Highly recommend ☺️👍

The apartment is spacious, warm and cozy. The host was very nice to arrange it so it was ready on 12:00, while the normal check-in should be 15:00. Definitely recommended.

The only thing that could be improved was to provide some kind of a "evening-like", yellowish-light lamp.

It was very modern, clean, well equipped
