Guaranteed parking spot, heating floor, very clean and modern apartment

I can’t put into words how beautiful this apartment is. Everything is brand new and most importantly clean. For my family of four there was a plenty of room. And the garden, a perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee and tea. Communication with the host was so easy and convenient. And what knocked us out off our feet was a handwritten welcome note 🤗. Susanne and Harald thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

I liked absolutely everything in this apartment. The whole floor was heated, there were power sockets in every corner of the room, the lightning and the design was amazing, there were 2 big TVs in the living room and in the bedroom. There was a washing machine with detergent already supplied, the bathroom was just beautiful and clean. Every single little thing that you would need it was there. Free coffee and tea for the guests was included also. And i must say everything was really high-tech ... truly gave you the feeling of a Deluxe Apartment. Also i must mention the huge yard with a table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the morning... truly amazing. I was impressed!

One of the best apartments I came across on Booking. It feels more like the owners would set it for themselves and at the last moment decided to put it for rent. Everything is well-thought, spacious and well organized. Apartment is located in a quiet part of the city, yet if you wish to visit center of Graz, there is a bus just a small walk from the apartment. Or else if you want to explore other parts of Austria - motorway entrance is also really close.

Electric kettle is really looking foreward for some descaling.

Excellent stay, the flat is very well equipped, extremely quiet and from a short 10min/15min drive by car from Grza city center Very high quality equipments (electric stores, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, 2 flat TV, very comfortable bed... and all of that in excellent maintained condition convenient to park the car in the free parking just right front of the door the garden and terrace are great to relax there is also a residential share kids area which is great (but think about the neighbours for noise) Access to the flat is by code directly on the door very easy
